Lily and Rose
This workshop is geared toward senior citizens; however, the message and exercises are applicable to any group. The focus is on personalities and the development of peace as we travel through the stages of life. Are you a Rose or a Lily? It's an interesting investigation into how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you.

From Fear to Faith
This is a powerful presentation that will captivate your audience for 60 minutes! It is based on my experience with caregiving and the movement through the five steps of pain and recovery - Disbelief, Despair, Acceptance, Farewell and Triumph. These steps can be related to any experience of loss - divorce, job, home, etc.
Learn to be aware of the blessings of the journey even though they come in the disguise of loss. Learn to embrace the experience and travel with dignity and grace.
